Based on the above quote - I guess you all agree that music makes a difference, it makes you happy, energetic, elevate your mood and helps during intensive workout.


You can always control your mood and make wonders just by changing the mood swings with the help of music. Give a try during these scenarios and find out yourselves whether music helped to get you into a better phase.

1. Listen music when you are in depression ( please .. no awful songs at this time)
2. Listen soothing music while you try to sleep .. it could help you fall asleep sooner.
3. Listen your favorite music to elevate your mood and make you happy during work or travel.
4. Listen fast paced music when you workout or during running sessions .. it could help you stay focused and give your best to push yourselves to higher limits.
5. Listen romantic music to make your evenings special and happy.

We could have given you examples of music for the above 5 scenarios , but I will leave them to you as you could be best person to judge yourselves and find out what music makes can help you feel better.
